Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
？ Ensure compliance with the NFCM 
？ Liaison/coordination with Divisional Finance and O&O on operational matters.
？ Regular performance metrics reporting.
？ Liaison with stakeholders, including CFOs, IA, ext. Audit and Corporate Financial Compliance (CFC).

Financial Compliance
？ Responsible for supporting and monitoring implementation and progress of NFCM part III according to the implementation of standard processes. Where standard (sub) processes are not implemented NFCM part II is applied.
？ Align finance processes throughout internal customers and ensure compliance with local requirements.

NFCM processes: 
？ Provide all required NFCM deliverables according to the communicated sched-ule.
？ Ensuring risks are addressed by adequate controls per internal customer.
？ Test key controls belong to both NBS and local entities, including Segregation of Duties.
？ Keep tracking of own and Divisional Finance/O&O Action items/deficiencies (may come from different sources like IA, NFCM self assessment, PwC etc).
？ Process walkthroughs as required/requested.
？ Coordinate and support SOX 404 attestation processes.

Business processes and SOPs
？ Support implementation of standard processes as defined in the Finance Core and escalate any exceptions to the standards.
？ Support Harmonization of processes and controls as well as cross-divisional standardization
？ Ensure understanding of the standard processes and controls related require-ments.
？ Monitor and improve compliance embedded in business process 
？ Lead or participate business process reviews/walk-throughs. Conduct ad hoc au-dit/compliance checks in the FSC on a regular basis.
？ Conduct ad hoc audit/compliance checks at Divisional Finance when required.
？ Identify root causes of problems and recommend controls or process improve-ments to address them in coordination with CFC and Global process owners.
？ Assist in the creation of new SOPs for major business areas. Review periodically existing SOPs. Ensure compliance with and communication of SOPs. 

IT
？ Coordinate with IGM officers to gain oversight on overall IT compliance status within the FSC.
？ Being involved in IT related projects to assess potential impact on controls and compliance. 
？ Act as SoD validator for SAP GRC Access Control. 

Risk awareness
？ Raise awareness of key risks and risk response in the organization.
？ Coach and strengthen internal control skills within the organization.
？ Monitor compliance in business ethics and detect and report (possible) viola-tions (e.g. to BPO).

Internal and external Audits
？ Prepare and support FSC & Divisional Finance for audits.
？ Support / assist auditors during their mission.
？ Define and track action items, including accurate and timely resolution of agreed actions.

Training
？ Provide/initiate training on compliance requirements to controls owners in FSC, Divisional Finance and O&O in liaison with CFC. 
？ Ensure to be up-to-date on periodical changes on compliance requirements.

Other Projects
？ Specific projects on behalf of FSC, Region, Divisional FC&C, CFC.

Desirable Requirements: 
Education:University Degree in Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent), preferably specialising in Finance/Accounting or MBA, CPA, CIA (or equivalent) desirable
Languages:Chinese plus English fluent
Experience:
？ Highly qualified in accounting/IFRS, SOX/ICFR, NFCM
？ At least 3 years in Internal or external Audit (preferable Big 4 audit firm), focusing on Finance Audit, SOX 404
