Job Title: Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
? Conduct regular & irregular internal inspection;
? Set up and maintain HSES procedures/program
? To be a core member of the project team responsible for setting-up a sizable manufacturing plant in Xiamen PRC
? With the project team deliver the project on time, in full and within budget
? To coordinate the establishment and exercise of financial control in the
manufacturing operation
? To ensure the manufacturing operation is in compliance with relevant local statutory requirements and tax rules, as well as foreign exchange regulations in Export Processing Zone.
? To liaise with various professional agencies and government regulatory bodies

Job Description
? To prepare local statutory/group internal reporting;
? To ensure timely submission and compliance of all the financial statements required by the local government;
? To ensure timely submission, payment and compliance of all the tax statements and all required taxes;
? To responsible for all aspects of financial, cost and management accounting;
? To prepare monthly, quarterly, year-end reporting including forecast and budget;
? To review and oversee daily financial operation and ensure the timeliness, efficiency and accuracy of all the financial information ;
? To review and ensure inter-company balance reconciliation;
? To coordinate annual budget and annual audit;
? To maintain an effective system for cash forecasting and management;
? To assist with the establishment of the internal control system and ensure all the
internal controls for the needs of the business are in place and working satisfactorily
