Job Description：

1. Responsible for guaranteeing the quality of materials from supplier, feedback the progress of quality defect issues cause by supplier's products in time and claim the supplier to improve.

2. Responsible for tracking and confirming supplier improvement reports and implementation results, site assessment checking and counseling can lead in necessary.

3. Capability of formulating the checking specification and method for IQC team, and to support the IQC team to control the quality of some critical parts and aspect.

4. Capability of judging the derogation or replacement for NC parts, and work together with the supplier to figure out corrective way and improvement. 

5. Get involved in the supplier's assessment and development.

Required Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automation, materials, etc.

2. Supplier Management and Product Follow-up

3. Working experience in foreign companies

4. More than five years of working experience in mechanical automation as Supplier Quality Engineering.

5. Working knowledge of a variety of different mechanical, casting, plastic parts and so on.

6. Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

7. Experience in project / people management is preferred.

8. Experience in APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA and control plan is preferred.

9. Knowledge of advanced product quality planning, inspection equipment, and techniques, statistical distributions are preferred.

10. Experience in Supplier Development is required, Six Sigma training is prefered.

11. Strong capability of details study, communication and problem-solving.

12. Good command of written and spoken English. French would be a plus.

13. Capability to take business trip frequently.

任职资格：

1. 机械、自动化、材料等专业本科及以上

2. 供应商管理及产品跟进经验

3. 有外资工作背景

4. 五年以上供应商质量工程机械自动化的工作经验

5. 具备不同机械、铸造、塑料零件的工作知识

6. 具备GD&T（几何公差）知识

7. 优先考虑有项目/人员管理经验的候选人

8. 优先考虑有APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA和控制计划经验的候选人

9. 优先考虑了解先进产品质量计划、检测设备和技术、统计分布的候选人

10. 有供应商开发经验，六西格玛培训经验

11. 注重细节、沟通与解决问题的能力

12. 英语听说读写流利，会法语是加分项
