Main Responsibilities

？ Collection

- Set monthly collection target, monitor overall collection status from time to time.

- Highlight overdue accounts to Credit controller & come out with action plan to recover the debt.

- Take charge of AR collection, go after collection when due and communicate with Sales & operation on problems.

- Organize conference call with regional managers every month and email summary include regional DSO, Key a/c, long-aging a/c to regional managers for easy reference.

？ Statement and Reporting

- Prepare AR statement monthly, recon with Affiliates before month-end.

- Give instruction to AR accountant if anything needs adjustment.

- Timely prepare report related to AR collection.

- Review bad debt provision / AR drive etc.

- Review B/G and L/C

？ Monthly closing

- Set the AR monthly closing schedule and monitor the progress.

- Review all AR vouchers & important supporting to ensure all entries are correct booked.

Requirements

？ Bachelor Degree or above, related to Finance / Business / Accounting

？ At least 5 years’ experience in AR function

？ Good communication skill

？ Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure or take new challenge

？ Good logical thinking and quick learner

？ Being familiar with SAP system is preferential

？ Willing to travel
