工作职责：
1. 进行国际最佳实践和相关法律法规的桌面研究;
2. 紧密关注城市开发、技术发展和新经济活动的最新趋势;
3. 利用公开数据和访谈进行市场调查。
4. 分析客户的问题并制定解决方案。
5. 准备演示文稿和报告，阐述分析方法，研究结果和建议。
6. 建立和维护团队知识库。

职位要求：
1. 房地产/测量、城市规划、土地经济、工商管理、公共管理等相关专业本科或以上学历
2. 熟练使用Microsoft office相关软件
3. 熟练的英语说写能力；
4. 良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧；
5. 良好的团队协作和服务意识，富有责任心。

Responsibility:
1. Conduct desktop research on international best practices; regulations.
2. Follow latest trends in urban and technological development; “new economy” activities.
3. Conduct market research with open data and through interviews.
4. Analyse clients’ issues and formulate solutions.
5. Prepare presentations and reports to explain the methodology, findings and recommendations.
6. Organise the knowledge base for the team.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in real estate/surveying, urban planning, land economy, business administration, public administration
2. Be familiar with Microsoft office;
3. Excellent written and verbal English skill;
4. Good communication and presentation skill;
5. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.

Arup has more than 40 years of experience in Greater China. The Hong Kong office was established in 1976 as the firm’s East Asia headquarters, and since then we have opened offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chongqing.
