SUMMARY 

• Assis the day-to-day management of the Invisalign China brand. This position will help executing all marketing campaigns, bringing them to life across all channels including key outlets (doctors/clinics/hospital customers, partners, franchises),DDTC, PR, Social and digital marketing.
• S/he will help China consumer marketing team to cultivate and nurture positive relationships with both brand partners and marketing business partners with the goal of strengthening the brand in China.
• The Marketing Specialist needs to have strong communication and project management skills and is comfortable with planning and executing on various stages of digital & practice marketing programs; demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves.
• The marketing specialist will report directly to the China Marketing Associate Director and work closely with the China/APAC marketing team, China team as well as the regional marketing team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising agency or related field and at least 3 years’ experience in marketing communication.
• Experience interacting with and coordinating multiple functions/ stakeholders
• Strong event planning and management capabilities.
• Good competency in time and project management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and prioritization skills are essential, as are effective communication (written and oral) and problem solving.
• Creative mindset
• Must be self-motivated and initiating.
• Strong writing skills
• Social and digital marketing experience with pratical with trade marketing background preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills by competence with MS office
• Good marketing and business sense with strong logic
• Good team work spirit with strong service sense
• Good negotiation skill with cost-saving sense
