• Urge each and every of the franchisees to achieve sales target by implementing assigned tasks;

负责管理及督促区域内的经销商完成销售指标并跟进公司布置的各项任务及措施在销售点的实施；

• Assist franchiser to go through the application of opening franchised shops according to the company policy and procedure;

跟进相关加盟特许经营客户开设专卖店（专柜）的程序；

• Generate sales report on a daily basis and guide the franchiser to improve operation accordingly;

处理客户电脑资料及分析；跟踪客户销售、收集每天销售情况加以分析指导; 及时向客户反馈货品信息，及时跟进补货; 对客户每一季度进行销售分析统计有库存数量统计；配合销售服务部下客户订单、销售日报表及销售分析；

• Direct the franchiser to establish systems of inventory, sales & distribution;

建立客户库存管理系统、销售系统及盘点系统；

• Guide the franchiser in implementing sales and marketing activity execution, e.g., sales training, promotion event, ad materials distribution, VM, etc.;

协助客户所有的销售和市场活动的执行，如货品计划、进货金额及装修设计、客户员工培训、开设专卖店（专柜）的陈列布置及货品摆设和有关宣传品、赠品发放，以及对促销及让利给予正确指导；

• Ensure smooth and accurate communication with Project, Product and VM teams in terms of shop decoration and maintenance, new product orientation at its arrival, shop visual merchandising, etc.;

与工程部、产品部、陈列部的紧密沟通及合作确保开店装修及后期维护、新季产品的推介以及店铺陈列的顺利进行；

• Follow up the company procedure and put company benefit at first priority ;

按照公司所规定的工作流程工作、处理事情，并需以道德角度及公司利益出发；

• Other assignments from the Regional Sales Manager.

服从上级主管的工作指导和安排。

Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需专业技能和工作经验

Education / 学历背景:

? College graduate;

大专以上学历；

? Major in Sales & Marketing, Fashion Design or relevant is preferred;

市场、销售、时装设计等相关专业为佳；

Experience / 工作经验:

? Over  4 years relevant experience from known brands;

4年以上知名服装销售管理经验；

Language / 语言应用:

? Excellent spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);

标准的中文（普通话/广东话）

? Good read and written English;

良好的英文读写能力；

Computer / 计算机操作:

? Good computer operation skill , particularly Microsoft Office applications;

熟练操作电脑，特别是Office的应用；

Others / 其他:

? A pleasant team player;

团队精神；

? Good communication skills;

沟通能力；

? Responsible;

? Ale to work under pressure with multiple tasks.
