岗位职责：

    

1、Evaluate the company's strategy, develop the overall public relations planning to improve brand professional awareness；

    

根据公司战略目标，制定整体公关策划及规划，提升品牌专业知名度；

    

    

2、Media PR activities management, PR activities planning and organising, media reception, etc.

    

负责媒介公关活动管理，公关活动策划及组织，媒体接待等；

    

    

3、Writing and publishing of the brand publicity plan and various advertorials, and reviewing the contents related to the publicity；

    

负责品牌公关宣传稿及各类软文的撰写及发布并审核宣传推广文案及宣传资料涉及的各项内容；

    

    

4、Build up the crisis management between public relations and the brand；

    

建立有效的危机公关体系、机制与应急处理；

    

    

5、Develop media channels, improve external communication and internal coordination of media departments;

    

开发媒体发布渠道，完善媒体部门对外交流、对内协调沟通的工作；

    

    

6、Public relations maintenance and communication with media & KOL including cooperation, planning, organisation and implementation of PR activities of the company；

    

负责媒体&KOL等公共关系的维护与沟通，包括需求对接、公司各类重大传播活动的策划、组织和执行等；

    

    

7、Integrating of brand resources, including reviewing and managing brand related news and information disclosure. Controlling brand activities of relevant departments, ensure the brand concept consistency；

    

品牌资源的整合，包括审核与管理品牌相关的新闻信息批露、对市场等相关部门品牌活动进行把控，保证品牌调性的一致性；

    

    

8、Monitoring and management of brand public opinion, assisting in dealing with negative news and crisis events of the company, and maintaining the brand image of the enterprise;

    

负责品牌舆情监测与管理，协助处理公司***及危机事件，维护企业品牌形象；

    

    

9、Developing media relations strategies, printing, broadcast and internet media;

    

制定媒体关系战略，寻求印刷，广播和在线媒体的高级别安置；

    

    

10、Coordinating public relations activities.

    

协调所有公共关系活动。

    

    

    

    

岗位所需能力和经验：

    

1、Bachelor degree or above, above 3 years relevant working experiences in Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations;

    

本科以上学历，广告、新闻传播、公关关系等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；

    

    

2、Excellent Chinese and English writing skills, experiences in news release, brand planning and successful cases are preferred;

    

中英文文字功底佳，有新闻通稿、品牌策划等实操经验及成功案例为佳；

    

    

3、Professionalism, Good interpersonal communication, organisation, and coordination skills;

    

具有良好的人际沟通能力、组织协调能力，高度的敬业精神；

    

    

4、Ability to work independently, event organizing and planning;

    

独立组织各类活动；

    

    

5、Willingness to learn, innovative scenes;
