This role mainly focus on job management, revenue recognition, client billing, account receivable, taxes affairs etc.

? Responsibility

1. billing process including invoice preparing and accounting entries process

2. monthly revenue recognition per accounting standards

3.prepare revenue related report and forecasting

4. keep account receivable balance and trade working capital  in a reasonable level to meet group’s requirements

5.  job accrue revenue and job review each month

6. job related cost review and payment arrangement

7.support on audits, including internal, external, client and regulatory audits

8. routine taxes affairs deal with and maintain good relationship with tax bureau

9. other tasks assigned by finance leader

 

? Qualification

1. Education: University grade, accounting or financial subject related. Has accounting certificate.

2. Experience: more than 3 years of finance working experience in international company. Advertising company working experience is preferred.

3. Knowledge & skill: Strong Excel skills including experience with financial/operational model building; Kingdee, Hyperion Financial Manager and/or Oracle experience preferred;

4.Good communication skills and ability to meet deadline.

5. Responsible, detail-oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, has team work spirit

6. Fluent in English both in listening, written and speaking
