职位描述

Responsibilities

·         Establish company’s supply chain management system, policies and operating procedures

·         Optimize the organizational structure of operations system, set up positions, define responsibilities, ensure the quality of operations deliveries, reduce the cost of operation and management, ensure the smooth flow of information and improve work efficiency

·         Describe company's operating objectives, provide a basis for business management decisions, and periodically review and measure the company's operating risks, and take effective measures to prevent risks

·         Build and manage respective supplier relationships at the management and operational level to manage performance, including but not limited to dispute resolution, supplier management and negotiation

·         Play a lead role in managing and resolving shortage in supply chain

·         Lead cross functional coordination with global operations management, engineering and production teams

·         Provide local market knowledge and insight to support development of sourcing and negotiation strategies that deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers

·         Optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls and conduct monthly capacity and performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated.

·         Execute demand flow verification processes, engage in short- and long-term planning and conduct inventory analyses for warehouse utilization and manufacturing coordination

·         Promote the design, development, and implementation of warehouse, distribution and logistics solutions

·         In charge of best practice and share data to improve productivity, quality and customer service standards

·         Ensure appropriate import and export compliance procedures are followed by employees and contracted service providers

Other ad hoc tasks including but not limited to operations as required


Qualifications: 

·         College degree, operations related major is preferred

·         8 years or above operations management and controlling experience in international company, nursery industry experience is preferred

·         A strong entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving skills

·         Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

·         Growth mindset, self-motivated and ability to work in a fast pace environment

·         Strong agility and learning capability

·         Total cost perspective with a lean manufacturing mindset

·         Excellent data analytical skills

·         Detail-oriented, able to work multi-task and independently

·         Fluent English, oral and written

Well skilled in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP and WMS system
