Purpose of Job
1. The role of parts & warranty training needs analysis, develop the training plan, develop training materials, organize & implement training according to training plan.
2. To coach and support dealerships parts & warranty staff.
Principal Accountabilities
Training Needs Analysis and Planning
- To develop parts & warranty training plan & training material
- Training program arrangement : Parts and Accessories Ordering/ Warehouse Management/ Inventory - Management/ Customer Satisfaction/ People Management/ Warranty & Claims process
Training Administration
- Coordinate preparation, facilitation and follow-up of training with LSH In-house trainer or external providers
- Maintain the accurate and up-to-date parts training records (RMB & dealerships)
- Prepare necessary reports to related LSH managers.
- Support dealers' parts and warranty staff towards MB certification
- Source and familiarize with up-to-date MB parts & warranty process, information and guidelines.
- Support company event on parts/warranty workshops.
- onduct Training
- Conduct parts & warranty training (from basic to managerial level).
- Monitor and follow-up the parts & warranty training in dealerships.
- Regularly update (collect, update and edit) parts & warranty training materials
- Coach dealers' staff in parts & warranty processes.
Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on training-related issues as required by line manager.
- Update training record.


Position Requirements
Academic/Professional Training
College Diploma, major in automotive discipline.

Related Experience
Minimum 3 years working experience in parts business within the automotive industry
Minimum 2 years in training delivery experience.

Technical Skills and Knowledge (Outside of Academic/Professional)
Language & Computer Skills
Basic written and spoken in English (Level 4 or above)
Good MS-Office skills especially MS power point, excel and word.

Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills
Knowledgeable in the following;
- MB brand and its competitors.
- parts warehousing
- Mercedes-Benz parts and parts procurement
- local parts market and competitors
- warehouse related health, safety and hygiene government laws and regulations
- parts disposal and environmental protection related government laws and regulations
- Warranty & Claims management
