岗位职责:

1. 负责业务需求调研,可行分析,撰写产品需求说明书和原型设计
2. 协助部门负责人完成购买和自建分析
3. 负责项目管理, 供应商管理和合同管理
4. 负责研发发过程跟踪, 产品验收,产品上线,以及后期产品持续迭代更新, 用户培训和运营监控.
5. 参与部门负责人分配的业务流程改进和系统优化项目
6. 主要负责B端产品，包括但不限于人力资源、CRM、BPM、微信企业号，医疗耗材供应链、远程医疗、物联网、AI产品研发。

任职资格:

1. 有作为产品经理独立完成软件产品成功上线经验
2. 有5年以上互联网产品或者企业管理软件产品工作经验.
3. 具备团队管理能力，良好的沟通能力, 擅长数据分析和需求挖掘
4. 熟练使用墨刀、AxureRP、PPT、Visio等产品经理常用工具
5. 计算机或者软件工程相关专业，本科及以上学历
6. 创新思维, 自学能力强, 对新产品和新技术有快速学习和应用能力
7. 有会员系统, 市场营销自动化, CRM, ERP, HRP, 供应链等产品经验优先
8. 有医疗行业从业经验优先
9. 有PMP/CSPO证书或相关项目管理方法实践经验优先.
