2、负责本部服务员招聘工作的面试和员工的培训、调配、考勤等日常管理工作，狠抓企业正规化管理服务规范的落 实，把建立正规化的管理秩序当作自己的重要职责。

3、负责组织本辖区的宣传，策划和公关、销售工作。

4、熟悉客户档案，***限度的了解客人情况，征求客户意见及时向经理和有关部门反馈。

5、及时处理宾客投诉，并认真查明原因，落实责任，建立宾客投诉处理档案。

6、树立以宾客为中心的思想，认真协调后台，服务和保障口的关系，促进个项工作的顺利开展。

7、注意严格控制物料消耗和损耗，厉行节约，减少浪费。

8、教育并监督本部员工认真落实安全措施，杜绝一切事故的发生。

9、完成经理、副经理交办的其他任务
