Assist the Chief Strategy Officer to drive thought leadership in  strategy of digital marketing communications and integrated marketing  communications to help business grow up.

 * Daily digital planning scope of work including:

 a)  Insights & trends study and analysis of marketing communication and customer behavior changed in digital era.

 b)  Brand / product digital marketing communication concepts development.

 c)  Creative brief development and ideation facilitation.

 d)  Integrated communication strategy and plan development.

 e)  Work together with Creatives and Accounts to develop innovative content and help to grow relationships with clients.

 * Be an inspiring team player in delivering idea innovation and thinking about content in new ways.

 * Provide up-to-date knowledge & perspective on digital marketing communication trends.

 * Good at data based insight mining, have a thorough understanding of  the key / emerging digital platforms, strong story telling skill, can  work under pressure, good at both writing and speaking. 

 * At least 3-4 years proven experience in Digital Planning / Connection Planning.
