Responsibility
? Develop, optimize and document molding processes to achieve stable and repeatable processes that meet and exceed specifications.
? Research, evaluate and procure machines and equipment required to meet production needs.
? Coordinate and complete process validation for new molding processes, machines and equipment, while working with manufacturing, prior to release to manufacturing.
? Provides technical assistance and expertise to manufacturing to resolve issues, improve processes, implement corrective action and provide training.
? Establishes and maintains manufacturing specifications, including BOM, routings, set-up and QC sheets, and engineering changes.

Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in Engineer or Manufacturing.
? At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Plastics materials, handling, processing and testing. Essential to have in depth knowledge of molding process set-up, mold build practices, commercial items, steels and selection of production mold press equipment.
? Experience in development of NPI molding processes, and improvement of existing processes.
? Excellent oral and written communication skill in English, be able to work in a multicultural environment;
? Ability to achieve goals independently within a challenging time frame.
