职位描述
Job Summary:
Communicate with the System team to review/improve the system development
Provide technical solution and product knowledge to the internal team and customers
Ensure that all requirements relevant for the product are collected, clarified and documented the project
Support to project acquizition
Support to production and sample build, Product failure investigation and reporting
Ensure that the communication with the customer follows the agreed processes.
Job Responsibilities:
System architecture development and release in thime with quality according to project requirement
Customer requirements capturing and documentation(performance specification)
Definition of Feature list to SW/HW/ME discipline and documentation
Sample delivery and approval from customer
Configuration Management and Change Management base on enviroment
Interface to HW design/Customer requirement
Provide the technical support to Manufactyuring and Quality departments on continues improvement
Provide the technical support to Quality department on 0-km failure and field failure complaint
