Tasks:

1. Screen and import building’s potential databases (e.g. RCC) into the company’s CRM system.

2. Qualification of master data (quantitative and qualitative).

3. Get in contact with Project owners, collect and verify data. Maintain project pipeline.

4. Deliver tasks to the Sales People through the CRM (e.g. reminders, appointments, todos).

5. Preparation of project specific tender and specification texts, project management and project follow up.

6. Daily maintenance of GEZE’s CRM with all project and customer relevant figures, information and data.

7. Continuous cooperation with local sales team, product management and the pre-sales department in Leonberg.

8. Making sure that all tasks and responsibilities in a construction project are pursued. And ensure a holistic project follow-up.

9. Continuous market-/ competitor monitoring and competitors’ product analysis.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.3 years related experience or above
