职位描述
1、Assisted the department manager in dealing with the daily affairs of the company and communicating with the department internal and external;
2、Support and arrange managers’ appointment/ agenda/ meeting minutes/facility.
3、Organize departmental activities. ( Team Bonding/get-together etc.)
4、Responsible for entertain visitors including foreigners.
5、Other work assigned by the manager.
1、Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in HR, MBA/MPA, English, electronics, etc.
2、No work experience is acceptable. Experience in administrative assistant or human resources related positions is preferred.
3、Clear thinking, strong anti-pressure ability, strong language expression ability, good inter-department communication and coordination ability.
4、Good teamwork spirit, good character and affinity, strong independent working ability and public relations ability, capable of solving emergencies.
5、Be highly executive, passionate about work, responsible and persistent.
6、Can quickly grasp all kinds of knowledge related to the company's business.
7、CET-6 or above. Fluent both in written and oral English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
