职位描述
One Electronics manufacturing MNC is looking for the following executives:
Position: Sr Continuous Improvement Manager(Based in Zhongshan)
Job Duties:
1. To work with department heads to drive continuous improvements in quality, cost savings, and cycle time in the factory
2. To oversee, drive, execute, coach, or facilitate cross functional Lean programs across the site.
3. To establish systems, structures, tools, training, and best practices necessary to manage the overall planning, design, implementation/execution, and sustainment of our continuous process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
1. At least 10 years' experience as a Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement manager in a large multinational manufacturing organization preferably in EMS and PCB industry
2. Strong practical and hands-on experience with implementing Lean in office and shopfloor environments and knowledge of six sigma methods and tools to drive cycle time, cost savings and quality improvements.
3. Strongleadership, people, communication ability to influence all levels of an organization
4. Skilled in managing projects, conflict and change management within a large organization
5. Good experience to coach and facilitate cross functional improvement teams
6. Have a balanced knowledge in technical, organizational, and team development skills
7. Fluent in Chinese and English
