1. 大专及以上院校毕业；
Graduated from college or above;

4. 8年高端外资品牌酒店从业经验，担任房务总监2年以上工作经历；
Minimum 8 years of experience in high-end foreign-owned brand hotels, and more than 2 years of experience as a Director of Rooms;
5. 了解熟悉客人的消费心理关注客户需求；
Understand the consumer psychology of customers, and pay attention to customer needs
6. 全面负责房务部的运营、管理及使客房利益最大化；
Responsible for the operation, management and maximization of room benefits;
7. 具有良好的沟通技巧和对客沟通能力，和超前的创新意识、营销思路和丰富的房务管理经验
Have good interpersonal skills and communication skills with customers, and advanced innovation awareness, marketing ideas and rich experience in house management.

财务总监（储备）

全国万达酒店财务总监储备，工作地点以面谈协商为主。
1. 本科院校毕业；

5. 熟知财务、会计、金融、税务知识，掌握法律相关知识，具备基本计算机应用知识；

6. 独立开发融资的能力、敏锐的战略眼光、很强的财务分析能力、丰富的融资渠道、丰富的谈判经验、广泛的业内人脉。

5. 在酒店招聘、合同管理、薪酬制度、员工培训、绩效考核、事故预防、政府关系等方面具有丰富经验；
Rich experience in hotel recruitment, contract management, compensation system, employee training, performance appraisal, accident prevention, government relations, etc.
6. 熟知国家、地区劳动法律法规及相关政策；
Familiar with national and regional labor laws and regulations and related policies;
7. 管理类专业，接受过系统的人力资源管理理论培训。
