*Your team : You’ll be working in the central Group Operations Robotics Development team which is currently being built up in Wuxi – the team is part of the regional Service Delivery Transformation team for Group Operations APAC. The team is responsible for identifying and implementing Cognitive Automation solutions to support APAC service delivery teams in executing their day to day business more efficiently.
*Your expertise : You have: ? Minimum 10 years of project managerment experience? A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.? Hands on development experience ? Experience managing development team? Ability to articulate technical design to the business team? Must have demonstrated skills in process improvement and code optimization? Hands on experience or knowledgeable in RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere or BluePrism Digital Document Management solutions like Kofax or similar technologies Chat bot platforms like Cortana or similar technologiesMachine learning technologies like Workfusion or similar technologiesSound knowledge of database such as MS SQL Server or Oracle DBScripting and Programming experience with Python, R, Java/.Net, HTML? Good Interpersonal skills and organizational skills? Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills? Experience in Agile development model and effort estimation techniquesYou are:? Possesses excellent understanding of RPA and Cognitive automation? Experienced with logic algorithms, design patterns, optimizations and other development approaches? Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban delivery approaches ? An excellent communicator who can partner with technical experts as well as operations users who might not be well versed in IT (you’re comfortable talking to pros and amateurs)? Reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when & where to escalate issues? Excellent team player ? Well-versed with automation technologies and technical mind-set
