Project Manager
Location(s): Beijing, China
Veeva China is looking for a high-energy project manager. This is a very key and senior position in the organization to manage the system rollout projects or PoC projects, together with engagement manager and account manager. You'll experience the excitement of working at and growing with a dynamic, fast expanding company where you can make a difference.
Responsibilities
*Working with engagement manager and sales manager for delivery and rollout of Veeva's CRM solution for pharma customers
*Before system implementation, communicate with customer to understand the customer's business need, challenges, and requirements
*During the system implementation, be responsible for managing the project schedule, budget, and milestones, monitoring status, assessing and mitigating risks, managing staffing and task assignments, and coordinating communications between project work-streams.
*May involved in training and technical support management to Veeva's customers
*As one key role of Veeva China organization, the project manager would need to connect different resources from sales, technical, product and external customers, to organize, manage and improve the project
*Share the Veeva project management methodology and experience within the team
Required Skills/Experiences
*Graduate from top level university with BS/MS in engineering/science (Computer Science preferred) from top universities
*At least 5 years'experience of managing implementation projects of enterprise level software solution.
*Experience of SaaS based project and/or CRM/ERP system implementation project is highly desirable
*Experience of pharma industry software project is highly desirable, projects with over 1000 users a plus.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple players
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
