About this opportunity

As a member of the global Talent Attraction team and bridge between global & the APAC region, you will play an important role in talent attraction & employer branding promotion across APAC region. You will be a subject matter expert and strong advisor to the region/country TA leader as well as the global Talent Attraction Manager regarding talent attraction in the APAC region. You will drive various initiatives in the region, including but not limited to developing new content/resources that meet brand standards, leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media to convey our culture and employee experience, and launching global Talent Attraction projects in the region.

In this role, you will…

? Provide regional support and expertise for APAC’s Talent Attraction Strategy including:

o Ensuring consistency with local and regional talent attraction and branding initiatives through regular contact with country TA Leaders and recruiting partners, advising on available resources, best practices and internal processes

o Work with country TA Leaders/Partners to develop new resources for events, campaigns and special focus recruiting initiatives to support regional hiring needs

? Deliver global talent attraction and branding support for Align Technology global employer brand including:

o Partner with global resources to ensure regionally proposed or developed content meets brand standards, TA voice and style, and is easily adaptable for region-specific audiences (if applicable)

o Build and maintain relationships with key global stakeholders in all regions to monitor status of regional initiatives (for where help is needed or to add to best practices), potential talent attraction support needs, and sharing/consulting/advising on global talent attraction standards and best practices

? Ensure global Talent Attraction projects launched in APAC region smoothly

? Closely work with country TA Leaders / Partners to design, operate and manage country specific social media platform as supplementary channel to existing ones

In this role, you’ll need …

? Bachelor degree with major in marketing, media or PR related

? Over 3 years experiences in employment branding promotion, marketing, media and events organization. Good skill in copywriting, image processing, video production, etc;

? Preferred professional knowledge and practical experiences in social media, i.e. WeChat and LinkedIn operation;

? Able to demonstrate tenacity and tact in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.

? Agile and flexible to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements
