Key Responsibility:
? Provides compensation and benefit support to Human Resources partners, client groups and business leaders.
? Aligns compensation and benefit programs with overall business strategy.
? Contributes to the design, development and implementation of compensation and benefit plans to improve consistency throughout the organization.
? Provides and improves communications regarding compensation and benefit plans and designs.
? Educates Human Resources team on compensation and benefit practices and future initiatives.
? Ensures pay practices are equitable.
? Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.
? Administers compensation and benefit programs, including annual compensation review etc.
? Develops salary recommendations based on compensation analyses and benchmarking of roles.
? Maintains and updates position descriptions, conducts job evaluations and grading.
? Accurately interprets, counsels, communicates, and educates managers and staff on compensation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of compensation initiatives.

Main Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
? A minimum of 10 years of compensation & benefit experience.
? In-depth understanding of technical applications in the compensation discipline. ? Knowledge of applicable wage and hour laws as well as federal and state compensation regulations.
? Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills along with proficiency with HRIS systems.
? Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure excellent attention to detail.
? Solid understanding of government regulations as they apply to compensation company policies and operations.
? Fluent English is a plus.
? Cross-plant management experience is a plus.
