Job Responsibilities [Mandatory to complete]

-Provide automated solutions and services across UNIX/Wintel/Cloud to improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery. 

-Enablement and support of: Console automation, Remote operations, Enterprise Event Mgmt., Infrastructure framework products

-Application Support like MW, Database

-Measure, analyze, report of existing IT resources

-Supervise documentation and working instructions for the environment 

Job Requirements (skills/experience/language skills) [Mandatory to complete]

Technical Skills:

-Experience with various operating systems: Linux, Windows, AIX 

-Dev ops, cloud concepts

-SQL and Database Concepts

-System management experience

-Knowledge of ITIL (esp. problem management, change management, capacity management) will be added advantage

 

Non-Technical Skills:

- Good communication skills

- Fluent Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing in English

- Initiative and enthusiasm. Work under pressure

- Problem solve/troubleshooting/lateral & analytical thinking
