工作职责描述：
1.进行日常Helpdesk的工作，办公软件、硬件维护,系统安装,网络管理及故障排查,IT办公资产管理,服务器日常管理及备份等。
职位要求描述：
1.熟悉微软Windows & Mac操作系统；
2.熟练掌握基本应用软件的使用，进行基本的故障排除；
3.Internet/Intranet Access的检测和故障排查；
4.熟练使用Outlook邮件系统；
5.了解PC&Mac硬件构架以及判断常见故障；
6.大专以上学历，1年以上IT技术支持工作经验；
7.具备一定的英语读写能力；
8.有MCSE/CCNA等认证者优先
