职位描述

  • 职责与责任Role and Responsibilities
    1. 负责供应商开发及供应商质量管理工作，对本系统的供应商进行质量提升。
    Responsible for the supplier evaluation, development and management, as well the supplier performance improvement
    2. 负责与公司内部各职能部分的衔接、沟通、协调工作。
    Ensure the cross-function team communication fluency in the system taking charge 
    3. 配合采购完成内外饰供应商的选点工作，按照质量要求对策略供应商进行系统开发
    Cooperate with buyer and engineer to supplier screening and selection, supplier’s quality system development with the supplier according to quality request
    4. 负责零部件APQP全流程的管理工作，指导供应商对零部件的关键控制点进行监控和优化
    Responsible for molding verification, checking fixture inspection, and Supplier APQP management, Monitor supplier’s KPC and PQC and make the supplier improvement base on quality request.
    5. 负责供应商零部件质量问题解决，对解决方案进行监督和推进。
    Responsible for supplier quality issues resolution and make the supplier to improve the quality performance.

    任职资格及教育背景条件Qualifications and Education Requirements
    1. 良好的中文和英语书写交流沟通能力
    Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English Good communication ability
    2. 8年汽车行业，5年SQ经验
    More than 8 years work experience at auto OEM or Tire1, 5 Supplier quality experience.
    3. 熟悉TS16949/AIAG体系要求
    Familiar with quality system TS16949/AIAG requirements
    4. 精通开发过程中的具体要求及标准，精通各质量工具的使用
    Proficient at APQP and as well as the quality management tools such as FC, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA etc.)
    5. 熟悉本系统零部件所涉及的生产工艺
    Familiar with the production process and key points
    6. 熟悉内外饰零部件加工工艺及零部件特点，有问题解决经验
    Familiar with the casting, machining, assembling, and KPC of the products, has the problem-solving experience
    7. 了解项目管理的知识
    Understand the project management knowledge
    8. 了解精益化生产过程
    Understand lean manufacturing process
    9. 具备结果导向的意识及压力下工作的能力
    Result-Oriented and capability working under pressure
    10. 能够出差
    Be Capable of traveling as requested.
