职位描述:
1. Support the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force;
2. Support the aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training;
3. Support to track and analyze of courseware and sales enablement content usage;
4. Support to coordinate various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
职位要求:
1. Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities;
2. Highly organized, and skilled at project management;
3. Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices;
4. Direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required. Past experience selling to B solutions and/or managing to B sales teams preferred;
5. Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
