岗位职责：

    

1. 办理现金收付和银行结算业务，负责现金的提取、发放、报销和银行划转、对账、境外业务网上申报、印鉴变更等所有相关银行业务。

        

    

2、 根据网银收付情况，进行各站点到账、支付确认，并及时销账。

    

    

3、 按规定登记现金日记账及银行日记账，编制资金收支日报表.

    

    

4、 严格遵守现金管理制度和支票使用规定，现金做到日清月结

    

    

5、 负责库存现金、空白结算凭证、有价票据、印章等的安全保管工作

    

    

6、 负责银行水单的打印及保管，各类凭证的装订

    

    

7、 委托付款保函的审核、登记、保管

    

    

8、业务系统与财务系统之间，应付数据的导入及核对

    

    

9、协助应收会计开具、购买***

    

    

10、 完成领导交办的其他工作

    

    

任职要求：

    

    

1）大专或以上学历，英语读写能力良好

    

    

2）一年或以上本职位工作经验，上海本地户口,应届毕业生亦可

    

    

3）为人做事认真仔细，有极强的工作责任感和良好的沟通能力

    

    

4）具有一定的团队协作能力和抗压能力
