岗位职责：

1. 熟悉线上渠道的各种推广手段及规则，针对不同的推广渠道，开展营销活动，协调各方面资源配合执行；

2. 具备较强的逻辑思维、调研及数据分析能力，针对各个渠道的数据进行整合分析

3. 定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，提出问题及问题的对应解决方案；

4. 负责各个渠道的日常维护更新工作，协同财务处理各个渠道日常运作事宜；

5. 搜集市场上的活动创意与方案，进行调研分析，关注并掌握竞品动态，不断调整渠道拓展及活动推广策略；

6. 根据渠道运营渠道，协调沟通各个部门进行资源整合，实现渠道运营效果的***化。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，有2年以上运营工作相关经验，3年以上互联网行业经验；

2. 熟悉电商运营环境，交易规则，站内营销资源，有大促经验

3. 有较强的整体控制及协调能力、人际沟通能力，思维开阔，逻辑清晰；

4. 对数据有极其敏感的嗅觉，能够针对数据给出合理的建议，能够根据渠道运营的情况灵活调整推广的思路。
