1、制定品牌及产品传播策略，策划组织实施各类整合营销方案及执行方案；

2、参与或带领项目团队完成指定项目实施，控制业务流程、掌控项目时间进程与进度；

3、与客户进行重要节点的沟通，管理项目，掌控品牌策略的想法与执行，为客户满意负责；

4、了解下属员工的期望，对其进行职业规划，并帮助其达成职业发展目标。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻、传播、广告等相关专业优先；

2、3 年以上数字营销广告公司客户服务经验；

3、具备较高的工作效率，组织能力和沟通表达技巧；

4、具备较好的抗压能力，能在压力情况下也保持沉稳的判断和协调力；

5、有强烈的责任感和上进心，愿意分享和善于沟通，有较强的团队合作精神。
