岗位职责：
1. 管理媒体资源部门，开拓和维护下列领域的资源： 娱乐，文化，体育等资源，包括但不
局限于各种电视剧，电影，综艺IP 等；
2. 协助业务团队，包装并销售相关资源，为客户提供内容为导向的营销服务；
3. 根据项目需要推荐最合适的KOL，并与之谈判，全程跟进，确保执行顺利；
4. 根据企业的战略发展目标，建立企业的公共关系规范与策略，建立公共危机管理体系；
5. 管理团队成员现有媒体资源的日常维护辅导，并且协助管理团队成员的媒体关系开拓，增
加团队所属行业的地区覆盖率；
6. 合理安排团队项目时间，确保多个项目的执行能按时完成。
