Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Scouting:

• develop right channels and set up network with entrepreneurs, startups and platforms;

• work together with partners and vendors to select qualified startups from mass recommendations

• have general portrait of targeted projects and find ways to get in contact with them.

1. Project analysis:

• Evaluate in contacted projects from multi dimensions

• Collect facts & figure of targets to generate objective overviews

• Draft analysis report / executive overview to illustrate why this target, what to do and how to do with it. In short, generate proposals for management to decide.

1. Projects data warehouse maintain:

• Input collected information in data warehouse for further track.

• Download data from data warehouse for analysis

1. Projects management

• Once cooperation / PoC / Incubation has been established, need to track on milestones, expense and deliverables, until project closed.

1. Project Coordination:

• Coordinate between incubated team / external startups and Hella business units.

• Coordinate between team and external resources.

• Coordinate with ventures.

Requirements:

1. 2 or 3 years working experience in investment institute, Global Tiers good at autonomous driving or consulting firm focus on auto industry.

2. Bachler degree and above in automotive, software, microelectronics or Finance.

3. Graduate from 211 or 985 universities, or from recognized Universities abroad.

4. Good at English in all dimensions: reading, writing and speaking.

5. Basic skills in office software like presentation and excel.

6. Working experience in startups would be a plus.

7. Flexible in working pattern: travel and overtime work when needed.
