Key Responsibilities

Planning

• Plan district objectives with district managers
• Plan training and management plan of store retail teams
• Plan actions plans to reach targeted KPI's

Management

• Manage delivery of own retail KPI's (qualitative and quantitative) in his/her own retail district
• Coordinate own stores actions plans and interactions
• Pro-actively analyse sell-through figures and develop action plans with stores managers to achieve productivity and image targets.

Financial

• Manage and deliver own retail financial KPI's

System and Processes

• Manage own retail KPI's and tracking/reporting systems.
• Ensure ERP system efficiency and training.

HR Management

• Manages stores managers and plan their development plan.
• Recommend structural or human changes in store in order to achieve sales and image targets
• Coordinate with store managers staff recruitment and development plan.
• Identify talents to be recruited for other company functions.

Training and Development

• Recommends to training department training and development needs for own retail
• Ensure quality of efficiency of training within own retail

Experience / Skills Required

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in store management, or store network (district) management.

Knowledge / Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a retail multinational company

Educational Background

• University Degree or strong retail store management experience
• PC/Language/Other Skills
• English fluency and Mandarin fluency
• High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products
