五年以上财务经验；施工类或者建筑业经验尤佳；

  

总账会计工作三年以上；有应用完工百分比收入确认经验，熟悉成本预算；

  

逻辑与清晰的沟通能力，口头及书面；

  

工作主动、积极，愿意动脑筋；有主动学习能力；有抗压能力
