职位描述
PwC Business Service (Chengdu) Co., Ltd (SDC) will be operational in Chengdu on 1 July 2012. The SDC will serve PwC China. The initial size of the SDC will be 60, with the objective to grow to 400 in 3 years.
Key job responsibilities:
The Human Resources (HR) Officer will be assisting the HR manager in the daily HR operation for the SDC, which includes the following:
- Work on the recruitment to ensure the objectives depicted in the human capital plan (both in quantity and quality terms of our new hire) are met.
- Implement the HR policies and processes which meet all compliance, regulatory and risk requirements.
- Administer the compensation and benefit program with the support of Firm HR Staff Services Centre
- Facilitate the annual performance management process.
- Manage employee relations - employee concerns and grievances, labor and litigation cases, employee health and security.
- Co-ordinate the SDC on-boarding, training and development activities.
- Prepare HR reporting.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree, major in Psychology or Human Resources will be highly preferable
· 3 to 4 years of HR generalist experience
· Prior working experience in a business process environment (e.g. call or customer service centre), or any labor-intensive industry (i.e. manufacturing)
· Prior working experience in the finance sector and/or with a foreign invested enterprise would be highly desirable
· A good working knowledge of HR operation principles and concepts (i.e. Recruitment, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits and Employee relations)
· Good knowledge of business process center operation and familiarity with the Chengdu Labor Market
· Proficiency with MS Office applications
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Fluency in the English language
· Be adaptive to changes and highly customer orientated
