Task Description：

？ Maintain open communication with RD China managers to ensure 90% purchasing requests are planned yearly and fulfiled consistently.

？ Implement purchasing requirement in compliance with IPS buyers.

- Make a specific schedule per case more than XXRMB.

- Preparation: FA number application, purchasing request submission, RFQ, vendor selection form and so on.

- Tracking status.

- Ensure there is no breakdown between overseas order and transportation.

- Use problem solving skills involving variable in standardized and non-routine situations. Effectively communicate recommendation to management for consideration.

？ Coordinate with suppliers to verify on-time delivery of goods/service.

- Schedule the delivery time and methods.

- Submit Orders based on IPS frame contracts and business request.

- Click GR based on user confirmation based on accounting principle.

- GR estimation in year-end closing with 5% wave.

？ Contracting for purchasing requests which is in special buy list of XX.

？ Apply for and track payment for all RD China purchasing orders.

Qualification： 

- 2-3 years in project management, administration or procurement.

- Excellent English skill both oral and writing.

- Skills of communication and MS office computer.

- Strong sense of responsibility, timely response, fast learner.

- To take care details, result orientated.

- Positive and self-initiative.
