1.    Customer data management and analysis:

l  Manage Clarins database, collect data at every touch points and ensure a good data quality

l  Work closely with CRM agency, utilize internal, external tools to provide customer behavior insights that feed customized communication

l  Set up analytical reporting to continuously improve campaign efficiency, and customer satisfaction

 

2.    CRM program management:

l  Keep watch on marketing trend, and assist CRM manager to formulate CRM program

l  Develop a systematic membership mechanism (such as New Member Welcome Program, Points Redemption, etc.) to drive new users repeat and retain existing users’ lifecycle

l  Focus on new customer loyalty building. Continuously track the result and enhance existing program. Develop ad-hoc campaigns, for example, leveraging third party data for precise retargeting. Ensure the growth of new customer repeat rate.

l  Work closely with sales team and training team to ensure good execution of CRM program and campaign

l  On-going track and optimize CRM programs, to achieve repeat and retention KPI

 

3.    Sampling management and program design

l  Sample forecast and usage management

l  Sampling program design to recruit more customer

l  Sampling efficiency analysis and provide enhancement plan

 

4.    Call center management

l  Manage service quality of call center, customer complaint and cosmetovigilance process to ensure customer experience.

1.    At least 5 years’ experience in CRM function

2.    Strong experience of various membership programs

8.    University degree or above
