Position: Brand Marketing Executive (Contractor)

Brand: The North Face

Service period: 1 Year (can be extended)

Key Purpose of the Job:

• Provide a brief description of the general nature of the position; an overview of why the job exists; and what the job is to accomplish.
• Overall Goal to Achieve - support one team to drive brand building to be NO1 outdoor brand and demand creation for key product stories, including but not limited to increasing brand awareness and succeeding integrated marketing impact in omni channels.
• Brand marketing - involving the promotion of any brand advertising and communications activities and strategies to establish and maintain the presence of a brand in the market
• This person is critical in driving brand contents through, editing and sharing internally and consumer facing

Key Result Areas:

• overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
• contribute & develop brand concept, idea and implementation with internal/external partners to help brand evolvement.
• manage and well communicate with related agencies to make sure a smooth briefing, interaction and final deliveries.
• devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
• be involved in cross-function discussion and problem solutions actively.
• writing and proofreading marketing creative copy
• monitoring integrated campaign performance
• report for brand marketing campaign and competitor reviews.
• close report and discussion with line manager.
• budget/ finance tracking & processing

• Good language skills, Chinese & English, for both written & verbal, is a must
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PPT & Excel

• Strong capability on project management & timeline control
• Passionate, curious, outgoing & proactive, outdoor or sports fans is plus

Experience:

• Experience of working for advertising agency as account executive is highly preferred.
• with content production knowledge (video, print, digital) is a plus
• at least 5 year related working experience.

  

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Chinese
