Develop regional DP distributor network and achieve sales target through effective management. Comply with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations

Major Accountabilities
主要责任
Draw up regional DP business action plan based on company DP sales strategy and policy.
根据公司DP 销售策略和政策,建立区域DP商业行动计划
Develop regional distributor scale, coordinate with distributors, breed provincial level key distributor and sub-distributor network, and ensure business network extension and rational layout after the distributor integration based on the regional real situation and DP distributor evaluation criteria.
发展区域代理商(规模),与代理商协商,建立省级关键代理商和分发行商网络,确保那些以区域现实问题和DP代理商评估标准为基础的区域代理商整合后业务网络的扩大和合理布局
Build up long term partnership with key distributors, actively explore new cooperation model, provide analysis and suggestions for innovative business models, and enlist distributor contribution to maximum
与关键的代理商建立长期伙伴关系,积极开拓新的合作模式,为创新的商务模式提供分析和建议以及是支持代理商***化的帮助
Responsible for the company KPIs: sales target achievement, distributor inventory level, success rate of tender
对公司的关键绩效指标负责:达到销售目标,代理商库存等级,投标成功率
