1） Help to make strategic plans for digital education to meet China market needs.
？ Help to develop strategic business plan of digital education and responsible for local execution for digital education.
？ Understand KA HQ and ECP insights which is relevant to digital education system
？ Adapt existing digital professional education material for China local utilization.
？ Lead to coordinate training material format finalization to meet China local needs which is not able to get from global team.
？ Lead to execute digital education as the supplemental methods for face to face approach.
？ Work closely with strategic KAs on digital education platform integration.

2) Manage myacuvue plus official account in wechat platform
？ Lead all digital education and online ECP engagement program to recruit new follower and maintain existing ECP in this wechat account.
？ Work with agency for innovative and interactive content development to attract target ECP
？ Regular report to analyse SWOT and focus on program optimization.
3) LMS (learning management system) operation and maintenance
? Provide technical support to professional education team on LMS access, training course upload, certification download , regular data abstract ect
? Facilitate ECP easily access and enhance audience experience on this LMS
? Coordinate with different stakeholders on online training program enhancement and training format optimization

任职要求：
? Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital education or new media operation experience
? Experience in gathering and utilizing customer insights to create suitable education programs development.
? IT background, knowledge of Optical , Optician, Optometry profession is plus
? Medical ethics and compliance.

? Excellent local language and English speaking and writing skills

? Data analysis is plus
