Work Location: Shanghai - JinQiao (Shuttle Bus is Provided)
Reporting to: Regional Marketing Manager,CCE/A

JOB OBEJCTIVES:
1. Responsible for providing regional input and analysis for commercial and marketing information, including market trend analysis, market database, competition information, competitor analysis.
2. Deeply understand the industry/product trend in the regional market place for all vehicle catalyst segments and support Regional Marketing Managers, commercial team to develop appropriate commercial strategies/tactics for commercial team to achieve business targets.
3. Work across with organization with manufacturing, R&D, sales, and supply chain management to ensure alignment within CCE Asia.
MAIN RESPONSIBILIES:
1. Be an marketing expert for HD/LD/MC industry.
2. Support commercial team to develop Sales tools, and facilitating customer events.
3. Market Analysis / Trends - Share, Pricing, End User Technology and Value, Regulatory, Key Supply Chain trends (i.e. PGM, substrates) - thru sales, suppliers, studies, and occasionally supporting trade journals and shows.
4. Competitive information collection - Competitive benchmarking, investments, cost structure, new entrants, new product or service offerings.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or higher engineering education background required (chemical engineering, chemistry, and engineering)
2. 3+ years of related working experience, with some extent of automotive industrial experience could be a plus.
3. Having a blend of business and engineering/chemical knowledge; some high level view, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
4. Possess good strategic view, with some marketing and analytical skills.
5. Good communication skills and influencing skills.
6. Good analytical skills.
7. Strong, proactive, and innovative marketing person.
8. Team player character.
