JOB OBJECTIVES:

To Maximize value to the customer by providing operational excellence and cost efficient service, targeting mainly at: Efficient management of the order fulfilment processes to the assigned/initial (key) customer(s) in order to secure and extend business opportunities; Handle customers' inquiries/non-conformities in accordance with established operation policies/procedures; Support streamline business process and share system experiences to improve the OTC effectiveness and professional competence to achieve costs control and supplier/ customer partnerships enhancement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Order processing: Perform the daily order operation to customers for different order modules/ product resources and different chemical characters (i.e. bulk, packing material).

2.Key Customer Service: Provide the BASF first-front order management consultant service to the key accounts to support the sales team for mutual benefit achievement both BASF and customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Education: Bachelor degree

2.Work Experience: Customer service experience, international trading background preferred. Import & Export working experience preferred. L/C knowledge preferred

3.Technical and Professional Knowledge: Good communication skills, customer service sense.
