JOB OBJECTIVES:

Provide professional business controlling work to support specific business unit or company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce performance reports and business consultation

1. Ensure and challenge business on soundness of financial assumption, being an "economic conscience" of the unit

2. Provide reliable, relevant, focused and timely management information

3. Support management with financial analysis and advice as required. Drive financial transparency and accountability within the unit

4. Identify performance gaps and proactively support the unit in gap closure measures

Site controlling for BGPC

1. Provide accurate and timely financial report and analysis to site management for review and outlook;

2. Assist regional controlling team for optimization site information transparency

3. Involving in site operation, provide valuable financial suggestions to site management;

4. Coordinate with local FA SP to provide related information to local authorities;

Forecast and operational planning and budget preparation

1. Participant in budget process to meet deadline. Recommend adjustment according to market change.

2. Provide suggestion to smooth forecasting and performance monitoring process

3. Actively participates S&OP processes

Cost control

1. Conduct critical analysis of functional costs of functional activities (e.g. distribution channels, insurances, major functional contract negotiations)

2. Support evaluation on the cost effectiveness, value-adds to business operations to balance the interests of the relevant parties.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Education: Bachelor degree in accounting/financial major ; CPA/CMA is preferred;

2.Work Experience: 5 years+ working experience in controlling or GA reporting field; Manufactory cost accounting is preferred; Chemical industry experience is preferred;.

3.Technical and Professional Knowledge: Fluent in financial tools, eg. excel, SAP experience is very preferred; Good in speaking, writing English;
