职位信息：

1. 2019-2002年，维他奶在华东区域的生意增长约45%，内部对于销售管理的人才需求旺盛。销售培训生作为一种内部培养机制，既能满足业务的需求，同时也为那些对快消销售工作充满热忱的同学提供一个平台；
2. 销售培训生通过销售内部职能轮岗学习，通过一线销售、市场、数据分析、渠道、市场通路等部门的轮岗学习，加强对销售管理的了解，快速成长为公司销售管理型人才；
3. 销售培训生以实习身份开始加入公司，经过实习期公司考察之后，决定是否正式毕业
4. 。

职位要求：

1. 2020年本科及以上应届毕业生，专业不限；
2. 毕业前以实习为主，工作地点均在上海，毕业后同时也可能包括浙江、江苏、安徽三地，以业务实际需求为主
3. 热忱、务实、坚毅、敏捷；
4. 对快消品行业充满热情。

福利待遇：

1. 实习期工资120元/天
2. 毕业后视实习结果而定薪，择优录取。

Vitasoy establish its first Mainland China manufacturing plant in 1994.
