To maintain a call-center and website for B2C, thereby operate coordination between end user and dealer for lead generation to ensure service levels and efficiency. 在最终用户和代理商之间建立一种高效的优质服务。

Transfer customer inquiries to suitable dealer. 将客户需求传递给合适的代理商；

Track the solution of customer inquiries. 跟踪客户需求的解决。

Collect and analyze customer information. 收集和分析客户信息；

Relevant customer survey. 相关的客户调研；

Coordinate with dealer and internal resources. 协调各个部门和代理商的资源；

College degree above 大专以上学历

At least 2-year working experience in customer service function 2年以上客户服务工作经验。
