General Role

Assist Window Display Manager to plan, execute and maintain the window display in Hermes stores perfectly. Direct lead one team to assist Manager to complete assign projects.

Major Responsibilities

Seasonal Window in Hermes Store (4 projects per year )

• Working closely with appointed design company and production vendor to develop qualified windows for assigned region.

• Work closely with Merchandising team, store team and window manager to develop the accurate product display brief to design company.

• Develop and monitor the production quality of window decoration.

• Well planning of working schedule of all parties to ensure the qualified execution quality.

• Well manage the contract and payment following the company policy and procedure.

• Well manage the quality of in window VM and follow up on maintenance if any.

• Well prepare the concern documentation include store memo, reports.

• Budget updating following the instruction of given budget by window managers.

Shanghai Maison (4 projects per year)

• Assist Window manager on Maison artistic window projects.

• Coordinate the communication and network withartist and production vendor to ensure smooth progress of the project.

• Work closely with Merchandising team, store team and window manager to develop the accurate product display brief to artist.

• Develop and monitor the production quality of window decoration.

• Well planning of working schedule of all parties to ensure the qualified execution quality.

• Well manage the contract and payment following the company policy and procedure.

• Well manage the quality of in window VM and follow up on maintenance if any.

• Well prepare the concern documentation include store memo, reports.

• Budget updating following the instruction of given budget by window managers.

• Support the window unveiling event preparation with Press team.

Others

• Support special window with same working process as seasonal window according to the assign project by window Manager.

• Support VM job of other communication event according to the assignment from window Manager.

Team Management

• Coach, motivate and manage the team member in assign region to improve their maturity and professionalism to meet company’s expectation on quality of delivery result.

• Asst Window Manager to manage the budget and calendar

Requirements & Capabilities

• University graduate or above, preferably in scenography design subject.

• Minimum 7 years working experience on Window/Display in Fashion brands or luxury industry, or exhibition Setup/Production experience.

• Experience in team management is preferred

• With great communication and interpersonal skill and brief capability to manage the communication and network with artist, designer and other vendors.

• Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command in both written and oral English

• Well use Design Software and Micro Office system in word, excel and PowerPoint.

• Willing to travel, hardworking and accept the nature of the job to work over night in shopping mall.

• Good Team spirit.
