任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，室内设计、环艺设计专业毕业；

2、5年以上室内设计工作经验，能够独立建立设计概念及空间平面布局设计；

3、熟练运用AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、PowerPoint等软件和网络、办公设备的操作，了解3DMax；

4、有手绘透视图能力；

5、熟悉行业施工工艺流程及室内设计规范，熟悉工程材料、市场行情，善于沟通，有能力掌控设计与现场的协调；

6、具有良好的装饰专业的设计素质、设计表达、文字沟通能力；

7、在设计方面见解独到，形成独特的设计风格，对装修潮流、行业趋势有敏锐的视角和前瞻性；

8、为人正直、热情、有创造力，责任心强，可承受一定强度的工作压力，具有良好的团队合作精神； 英语应用能力优秀者优先。

岗位职责

1、按时、按质完成主管分配的项目设计任务；

2、参与图纸的绘制及有关制作活动；

3、参与创新方案的讨论和实施；

4、整合各专业图纸，与各专业沟通协调；

5、对施工现场进行图纸解释、检查，对装修施工进行协调配合，解决现场发生的设计问题，直至完工交付的全过程；

6、参与项目投标工作；

7、处理与建设单位、设计单位等外部相关方有关设计方面的沟通协调工作；

完成领导交办的其他工作。
