? Develop national professional education project plans, including but not limited to: National championship, ACUVUE Conference & City Seminar, and other national ECP professional education project, etc. 
? Collaborate with internal and external key stakeholder for the flawless execution of above programs
? Use professional education strategies to help improve ECP’s recommendation skills and change their fitting behaviour. 
? Responsible for promoting the implementation of various professional education project plans and the implementation of landing in various regions to support the development of ACUVUE national business.
? Project management:
？ Project plan & internal communication 
？ Contract & HCC drafting and preparations, approvals
？ Vender communication & management
？ Effective budget control and procedure execution design and development
？ Communicate with PES team, Sales and Marketing Team regarding course/ event information and updates
？ KOLs & ECPs & internal participants management and communication
？ Development of the professional materials and competition contents etc. 
？ To be the expertise in new technologies project, to develop the standard training courses and to train the trainers for the associated courses.
任职要求：
? Post Graduate/ Graduate in Optometry and related subjects
? Minimum 5 years of experience in Professional Practice, education or professional marketing/ sales in any Optical/Ophthalmic organization
? At least 2 years management experience in large-scale professional education projects
? Good knowledge of Optical/ Contact Lens Industry, Optician, Optometry and Ophthalmology profession
? Experience in gathering and utilizing customer insights to create suitable marketing/ education programs
? Medical ethics and compliance

Skills
? Excellent local language and English speaking and writing skills
? Strong presentation skills, eg public speaking with a professional and mature presence
? Creative and enduring solutions to day-to-day business problems are encouraged and plus.

Ability to operate and thrive in a corporate environment
? Orientation/ bias for achieving measurable results and follow through to completion of areas of his/ her responsibility
? Confidence to initiate and conduct relationships with the multiple stakeholders, many of whom are not within professional team
