As a Service Sales Specialist, ABB Grid Automation support customers in creating stronger, smarter and greener grids adapted to meet the needs of the changing power landscape. Our system solutions are designed and delivered to provide the highest lifecycle value with the lowest risk.

You will deliver the service portfolio to ABB customers within the HVDC Service Product Group/ Grid Integration Business Line/Power Grids Business in Beijing/China country/NAS region. You will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy.

- Accomplish the business target; proactively search and identify opportunities. Assort the sales opportunities to follow up and manage.
- Collect and analyze marketing information; support promotion marketing promotion activities.
- Be responsible for keeping good customers partnership and develop new customers. To help customer to resolve actual problems and emergency issues to maintain and enhance the satisfaction and loyalty.
- Be responsible for quotation, bidding, contract negotiation and coordination with customers, supporting commercial and legal team to conduct risk reviews and contract signing.
- Support other teams (Finance, Supply Chain Management and Project Management etc.) and to make sure service project will be implemented effectively, to collaborate across Business Units to create more business opportunities.
- Maintain and update Salesforce data base on quality and on time.
- Support PM for collecting account receivable.
- Ensure personal daily operation and behavior comply with the company compliance rules.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering / Automation is preferred.
- 1-3 working experience in sales and marketing; experience with electrical engineering background is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to perform under high pressure and dynamic work environment managing multiple deliverables.
- Willing to travel frequently on business work.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese.
